They have 12.5mm timing advance DLC coated plungers (roughly 8 dg. of advance), NDS quick rate camshaft, NDS fuel plate, NDS AFC spring, 024 or full cut delivery valves, 5K governor springs, and AFC mods to allow for full rack travel. We will send the pump to you locked in time at whatever degree you specified. 024 delivery valves come standard in these pumps but if you are wanting a little extra fuel we can install full cuts with open/drilled delivery valve holders. They have 12mm plungers, NDS quick rate camshaft, NDS fuel plate, NDS AFC spring, 055 (Towing) or 024 (Performance) delivery valves, 4k or 5k RPM governor springs, and AFC mods to allow for full rack travel. We will send the pump to you locked in time to whatever degree you specified. If you are using this pump for a tow only application we recommend selecting the 055 delivery valves and 4k governor spring options. If you are using this pump for work and play we recommend 024 delivery valves and 4k governor spring options. If you are only using this pump for play then the 024 delivery valves and 5k governor springs will be a great choice. For the one who wants to beat up the streets. Our Super Street pumps put out 630cc of usable fuel and still have very friendly street manners. They have 12mm timing advance plungers (roughly 6 degrees of advance), NDS quick rate camshaft, NDS fuel plate, NDS AFC spring, 024 or full cut delivery valves, 4k or 5K RPM governor springs, AFC mods to allow for full rack travel. We will send the pump locked in time at whatever degree you specify. 024 delivery valves are standard in this pump but if you are wanting a little more fuel we can put full cuts and open/drilled holders on for an additional price. They will yield another 60-80cc of fuel but can cause more smoke and higher egt’s. If 4k RPM governor springs are wanted, keep in mind that pump will not have full rack travel and will only make roughly 800HP. If you are wanting a true 1000HP pump you MUST select the 5k RPM governor spring option as they allow for full rack travel/fueling. We can build any P-7100 pump back to stock form and calibration. Whether you have an on road, off road, or marine application we can build it back to factory specification. Just send your pump in and get it back 1 to 2 weeks later in factory form. We can get all replacement parts from OEM Bosch so you know it’ll be just as reliable as when it was brand new.
